New assignments can be sent through “NEW ASSIGNMENT” page, email,
or fax.

Once assignment has been received, appraisal will be completed within 48 hours.

Status note will be sent every 24 hours.

Appraisal will include:

1. Computerized estimating.


2. Minimum 10 digital images including 4 corners, vin, odometer, measurements.


3. A complete condition report will be submitted. Condition report will include detailed description of damage, unrelated damage. Identify part betterment, depreciation when applicable. Towing, or storage charges. Use of lkq/aftermarket parts.

Appraisals can be submitted through email, fax, or specific company procedures. Supplements will be completed within 48 hours, status note will be sent every 24 hours.
